Aston Martin Vantage AMV24 Edition: Even more special V8 announced

Created to celebrate victory in the 2024 Spa 24 Hours, 24 examples will be produced with specific characteristics.

2024 saw Aston Martin triumph in the GT3 class at the 24 Hours of Spa, one of the championship's most famous endurance races. The company today celebrated that triumph by unveiling the Aston Martin Vantage AMV24 Edition, a special series of just 24 cars for the European market. Created by the company's Q department, which is dedicated to special series, it features a distinctive design inspired by the world of racing. Here's what's new.

On the outside, the Aston Martin Vantage AMV24 Edition can be identified by its bodywork, which is finished in the special Podium Green paint, with a Lime stripe running through it - a colour also used for the mirror caps and the contours of the side air intakes. This combination echoes that of the Vantage GT3. The underbody is in gloss black, while the 21-inch Y wheels are in satin black.

The uniqueness of the special Vantage continues in the cabin, which features a plaque on the dashboard with the Vantage AMV24 logo, which is also displayed with Lime stitching on the headrests. A dark chrome trim package and ventilated black leather seats are standard equipment.

Mechanically, there's nothing new about the Aston Martin Vantage AMV24 Edition. Under the bonnet there's still the 4-litre twin-turbo V8 producing 665 PS and 800 Nm of torque, enough to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and reach 202 mph on the clock. The car is also equipped with Bilstein adaptive dampers, an electronic rear differential and Michelin Pilot S5 tyres.

The price of the Vantage AMV24 Edition has not been announced, but we do know that each of the 24 customers will be hosted by Aston Martin at the 2025 Spa 24 Hours.
